Life In Its Jewel Boxes

Last month the Writer’s Circle of Durham Region hosted an evening of poetry based on Pablo Neruda’s poem Enigmas “life in its jewel boxes is endless as the sand, impossible to count…”. Numerous well-known writers and poets attended the McLaughlin Branch Auditorium to share their inspirational and humorous poems. Award winning recipients Maureen Hynes and Ingrid Ruthig were featured speakers. Prose Upon Prose of Poetry!
