EMS Charity Tournament

Canlan Ice Sports hosted the Emergency Medical Services hockey tournament last month. Almost 20 teams from across Durham Region and the GTA played in three divisions, recreation, intermediate and competitive, and of course for bragging rights amongst these medical professionals. But once again this year, the ultimate winner was the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Region Cancer Centre, as the Cancer Centre benefited from all proceeds generated from the entrance fees.
